UI changes

A few changes have been made to the GUI:

• Redesigned the difficulty buttons to make them fit with the title and Highscores buttons.
• Added red and blue "sides" in the background which switch with the "Ports".
• centered the background pattern

Difficulty settings have also been tweaked:

• Easy is easier
• Norm is a little harder
• Hard is even harder

Also banner ads have been implemented.
