High-Score page and UI

As of today there is now a High-Score page where you can easily view your individual High-Scores on all  difficulty settings. 

This page can be accessed via the main menu screen by clicking the 'High Scores' button. 

The UI has also been updated slightly to show the High-Scores in separate colours corresponding to their difficulty.

The SWAP IT title sprite has also been updated for a cleaner bolder look to match the 'High Scores' Sprite.
